I have tried loads of apps to stream local video to my tv but i cant do it. I can Stream music pictures and everything else i have tried. I am having these problems with nexus 5 and 7. :(
 
It may help to add some more information like what apps you have tried, and what device are you trying to stream to (TV directly, or Chromecast, or roku etc), and if there is an error message etc
