Does anyone have any decent info on DNLA? I have this new Samsung Galaxy S3 that supports it but have very little info on how it really works or how to configure it. Supposedly my Sony blue-ray player BDP-S480 also supports it but have no idea on how to configure that end of it either.

The complete lack of documentation is staggering.

If your TV has DLNA ability and is connected to your home network, then you should be able to choose the TV as player in the phone's stock gallery.

Anyone have any DLNA links or anything to get it set up?

I was having trouble also but now got it working - playing videos from my Galaxy S3 to my BluRay DVD Player (since my TV doesn't support DLNA). HEre is the YouTube video I watched that helped me realize I needed to turn on a setting for media sharing on my phone:

Connect Samsung Galaxy S3 to Playstation 3 using DLNA - Sprint Version - YouTube

I could not get the video to play on the TV using the menu in the phone's video player but I just navigated to my device on the BluRay player and chose the videos folder.

yeah, any info on how to disable DLNA in my tablet? i have the samsung tablet GT-P3110. please help.
