Hey guys.
Does anyone encounter a problem with playing videos using the native "view video" player? I recorded a bunch of videos with my DNA and when I go into my gallery to play them, the screen goes black and the screen does not go on again when I press the power button. I have to do a soft reset (power and up key) to reboot so I can see my screen again. Same goes for existing videos I've recorded from another phone but saved in my gallery. I tried factory reset and it worked temporarily and now I am getting the same issue. Any ideas?
