Do All Sprint Hero's Have Stock SMS Issue?

Before I install a New SMS from the Market Place, Do all Sprint Hero's have the Stock SMS issue, or just some? I have not sent a txt Message Yet, and I want to make sure I install a New SMS if everyone has the same issue.

If only some people have the issue, then I might give the stock SMS a try. Thank you for your time.

I have this issue and it had been confirmed by HTC and there will be and update 1st Qtr of 2010

It only matters if it affects you.
To see if it does, just try sending a text using the stock sms app and see if it keeps your phone from sleeping. It's easy enough to correct the issue and then, if it affects you, you can load another sms app.
