Root Do anybody got a flash zip

Ok, everyone here is assuming that your phone is nexus 5. I think not as this phone has arm 7 cpu.
Also what I suspected before with the other two screen shots that the camera app has to be modified as it has lens blur option in the old app gui. Now we can see that it has custom rom, custom kernel, older version of radio.
Let me guess did you buy this phone off someone for a good price? If this phone is a nexus 5 someone flashed a rom meant for a different phone.
The guys here may help you only if you let them know what kind of phone it is.

did you root it? maybe a friend helped you? there is no way t-mobile sold you the phone rooted and rommed. if they did get your money back.

Thanks akmsr

@mobclan - For future reference, please provide that information in your first post... or when folks asked you if you were rooted... you might have gotten somewhere by now ... just sayin'

Are you rooted? If so, what ROM? Any mods? When did the problem start? Have you rebooted? Etc..

I'm going to assume you are not rooted which could

Also, (without a computer) I assume you are unrooted, on a stock ROM. If not, a factory reset may not help (if it is a problem with the ROM/mod that you flashed). I ask this because your thread title references a "Flash.zip"

Anyway.... what ROM are you on? You may want to contact the developer to see if this is a known issue.

i stumbled onto your thread in xda. by comparing these two threads, i have not heard of all those roms that you flashed in your phone!! that being said there is nothing wrong with playing with a nexus but you have to have a computer so you can fastboot your way out of a jam! like now. the easiest thing for you to do is flash stock.
the two people helping you on that thread simms22 and rootsu are both very knowledgeable and gave you good advice. you did not understand what they said and downloaded the wrong gApps file. what simms22 meant by "take whatever you need" is the "pa_gapps-stock-4.4.2-20140421-signed.zip" file.
you downloaded and flashed the 4.3.3 file.
give it a try. if it does not work then simms22's suspicion could be correct and you having cyanogen mod is the culprit. get a computer and go back to stock.

I rooted and ROM it

How did you manage to root and ROM it without a computer?

As far as I'm aware, unlocking the bootloader requires a computer. (There are exceptions, but they require you're already rooted)

I give answer I'm on ose ROM

Honestly, I would try a different ROM if the solution above doesn't work. I hadn't heard of that ROM until I went digging after you mentioned it. I'm sure its a great ROM, but its really easy to determine if it was a ROM issue by flashing something else. If you reboot after flashing the ROM and try the camera before flashing gapps, that will let you know if its your gapps that is the problem as well.

[ROM] [4.4.2] [Official] [OSE Rom] [Hammerhe

he has CM on the phone. he is using a camera app that has "lens blur" but missing HDR+ and front camera also icons are out of order.

I use those gapps but front camera doesn't come on

Just flash a different ROM and the gapps that go with it you can use Helium to back up games and such I also recommended doing a clean install when flashing a "New" ROM and gapps (clean install means factory reset in recovery then flashing)

Can I send a link with a stable basic ROM for me and gapps and what recovery should I use

TeamWin recovery (touch friendly) or CWRM (swipe or volume-rocker navi) whichever is your preference. Both are in IMG files so your gonna need to update it on your phone through fastboot, which you'll need your friend's laptop again for that.

Whatever recovery you currently have (that you used to flash your ROM the first time) should work just fine.

Well since he established he already flashed a ROM and is already rooted all this person would need to do is download a preferred ROM and gapps and flash simple really

Edit: basically every rom for the nexus 5 is stable just picking one is the hard part

I'd really recommend one based on stock or AOSp, and not CM for the purposes of troubleshooting.

Try something like cataclysm

Okay I'm fixing my phone today thank god I can get things back I I'm going to use mandi ROM I like it

I've never heard of mandi but I've used Mahdi for a while before switching to resurrection remix 5.0.9 (which RR 5.0.9 is cm based I wouldn't recommended it for you just stick with what you have now)
