Or all the services that exist appear in Settings -> Applications -> Services?
I am asking because today I received a notification from an app (Block Breaker 3 Free+) that doesn't seem to run a backround service.
Is it possible for apps to send notifications without running a backround service? If yes, things are OK.
But if apps can create hidden backround services, things are bad (because I may be running backround services without knowing it).
