Help Do I have a faulty handset?

I am at the stage now where either I sell this phone or get it replaced as faulty, I am just fed up with it. I'll post all my bugs then you can decided.

Poor WiFi signal
Poor battery life, it lasts a day with wifi and data of most of day
Push notifications don't work
Icons disapear from the dock
Low volume through the headset
Music/radio randomly turns off
Phone occasionally reboots for no reason
Home screen lag
Weather app not updating
Overheating

I've seen various posts about each and every one of these bugs but not really all together so I am unsure what to do I think the only 1 i'm missing is the yellow tint on 1 side of the screen, are these bugs just in the nature of the phone? Ok alot are minor issues but by themselves I could live with it but when you add them all tpgether it becomes a major pain, I should add I have these issues in stock and CM7

I had some of the problem mentioned like :

The phone got extremely hot when USB plugged in and transferring files from my computer.
Date disappeared randomly from the clock widget (the only way to get it back was deleteing the widget and creating it again).
Very poor battery life, it dropped from 100% to 10% in only 3 or 4 hours of video with everything disabled (wifi, 3g, push, low backlight)
Not to mention the dead and stuck pixels I got on all the 3 handsets I got after replacing each one.

I ended up asking for a refund, and seeing all the problem people are and will be facing with the amoled (images burned in the screen only 2 monthes after purchase) screen, I'm happy I did the right choice.

I will never buy an amoled screen again, and probably never Samsung again because their phones are still prototypes.

I want a refund but its a contract phone, I don't think they'll exchange it to something else. I had the original Galaxy S and it played up aswell, I had bought that one however so got a refund

@Slugger
I was having similar probs as yourself not as many mind you. I had brought it in to newry O2 shop when screen froze and assistant told me if it happened again they would replace it.
So of course it and a few other things started to go wrong. I landed back to shop only to be told it was just over the month by 2 or 3 days for replacement and they would send it away to be fixed. I informed them they promised to replace it but they refused. So I went outside shop and rung O2 customer services and explained all they couldnt get thru to shop so i called manager over to speak to O2 services.
Sorry for long winded story but the outcome was I got a replacement on the spot, so dont take any s*it fom them
Good luck mate
