My phone email client would crash at least once a day (force close pop up windows comes up). I have seen similar thing with other apps like Skyfire browser. Home screen freezes for 10 ~ 20 sec. How long is the normal warranty on ths phone? 3 months? 1 year? Should I call them up or walk to their "super" centers?

i believe is 30 days and less then 600 minutes. Guys correct me if im wrong. Gamekid if you are having this issue then take it to Metropcs store
the warranty for the phone is for one year parts and labor against defects, blah blah blah... what the corporate stores do so that you don't have to send it to get repaired is that they can order a replacement phone to the store and you go there to get the exchange done for a nominal fee... I think it's $10.... and usually takes a few days to complete... vs weeks with the manufacturer...
