do I have to re-pay for apps??

Sorry for such a simple question but, I accidently deleted some of my paid apps, if I try to reinstall them will I have to pay for them and how can I reinstall them\

No you don not. You can uninstall and reinstall as many times as you want once you have paid for it once .

Yes. Just make sure you use the same Gmail account when you setup your phone.
