Do Not update/download 2.2 on Cricket

Good luck to all with this. I'm sorry some are having trouble. I did mine on Windows 7 and it was cake. WAY EASY for me, but then again, I'm a Network Engineer, so I have an aptitude for this sort of thing already.

just so you all know it's easy but the issue is the directions did not tell users to go back to the update and start it again, I'm in IT so I knew, it took half a day for the software to load, I think this was because I was out of space, then after it was done, you are prompt to update, this is 4 times, go back to update under the settings each time and it's like a whole new world, what a different, I was having a drink in my local bar like I had a brand new phone I love it! I lost some apps due to space and felt they should have given us some more disks space, but over all i'm so happy I did it!

For ROOTED Users with the capability to FLASH with COMMAND PROMPT PROPERLY you can visit Stock 2.2.1 Cricket Nandroid Backup Download - xda-developers to get clean images of a freshly updated Zio to 2.2.

For anyone having issues with the update who are not rooted, you NEED TO GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND TAKE IT TO A CRICKET STORE TO BE PROPERLY FLASHED.

I did the tethered update leaked by ZClusive and never had a problem. I think OTA updates bricked about half of the Zios out there, maybe more. There is supposed to be a copy of the Zclusive update.exe to run from your computer somewhere, I don't know where it's located though or I would link it. I also did it from a Win 7 64 machine without a problem, just followed the instructions to a "T".
