Root Do rooted phones still receive OTA updates?

I've rooted my mesmerize, but I haven't installed any of the custom ROMs or the leaked Froyo version. When US Cellular does finally roll out the update, will the fact that my phone is rooted affect how I would receive my update?

Maybe, maybe not. I know that is wishy washy, but more than likely, if all you have done is rooted it, you will get the update. It may not be OTA. USCC released the HTC Desire updates and made people go to the stores to get them.
