So, I don't know when you will get it, but hopefully for me in the uk, I should get it soon, although im still saying 'end of month'

I have a Samsung Galaxy S, will we receive the firmware update 2.2 froyo automatically or do we have to install KIES first and retrieve it through KIES? Thanks for your reply in advance.
The way it's stated is:
"..if not over-the-air, then definitely through Samsung Kies. These regions include Denmark, Norway, and more. Other European regions should be on the way shortly.."
