Do you get dropped calls when leaving Wi-Fi?

I really do like this phone, but one of problems is calls that start over Wi-Fi are dropping when leaving Wi-Fi. Does everybody get that same ? is there a fix?

Cause it can be annoying. Even that I don't make that all that many telephone calls anymore, a sizable amount of my phone calls happen when leaving the house or leaving work. That's the same time the device switches from calls over Wi-Fi to calls over cellular network.

Change your calling preferences to "Cellular Preferred" and, if cellular is available, calls will start and stay that way. I'm not surprised that wi-fi calls get dropped when you leave the wifi, because those calls are basically VOIP.

Thanks all. I agree with you that its a technological challenge to hand off a call from wifi to cellular, so its not surprising.

I benefit from wi-fi calling because the cellular signal is weak in my house.
