Help Do you lose everything when you upgrade

to ICS 4.0 as when this is realeased I am thinking of getting it. I dowloaded google plus, voice, etc... so do I have to reddownload again when I upgrade each time?

Yes, though if you are concerned about data usage, you could use an app like root browser to copy the apps and save them to, for example, the Download folder of the sd card.
