Will the 7.0 plus dock work with the tab 2?

It does not, I was hoping it would so I ordered one from Amazon, but turns out the width difference is significant enough that it will not fit.

How did it fit? I bought the same one and it would not fit? I tried forcing it, but it would only stay in while I held it down. As soon as I let go it popped right back out. Also did you try connecting to an external display?

Yeah i had the same problem. I just took a razor and trimmed those two tabs on the inside just a little. Now it fits perfect.

I just used a dremel to cut those two tabs down, fits perfectly now!
