Help Documentation for android calendar?

[zeke15]

My (recently acquired) razr maxx came with a calendar app that I assume is the 'android calendar'. Does anyone know where I can find documentation about it? (Needless to say, Motorola's site is useless.)

I'm trying to find out a few basic things: can it sync with a caldav server? Does it sync with anything besides google? How do I 'create' a calendar?

thanks

It's Google Calendar. Go to the Google Calendar website. They should have some help there.

Thanks, that wasn't clear from anything in the app.

There are all kinds of 3rd party apps out there too if the stock app doesn't do what you're looking for - many of them for free. I display contents from several Google calendars along with my Outlook calendar from work using Business Calendar. But there are tons of options out there.

The best calendar app that I have found is Calengoo. It automatically syncs to the Google calendar online. AND it has real words, telling you what you have to do for the day. Most calendars have lines or dots. If I could remember what I was supposed to do (by looking at lines or dots) then I wouldn't need a calendar. It can be customized many ways, has Month, Week, Day and Agenda. I used this on my Incredible and now on my Razr Maxx.
