Does Android 4.0 include HID Bluetooth Profile?

Does Android 4.0 include HID Bluetooth Profile to wirelessly connect Bluetooth keyboards to the phone? Many phones using 2.3 have it.

Also, will Compulink work with Android 4.0 and Office 2010 and Deja Office for the Samsung Nexus, if Verison ever gets it?
