Does android have a sound mixer

Does the Hero have some way to adjust the sound levels of apps. If I run Pandora and Streamfurious at the same time I hear both audio tracks which is nice. It would be nicer if there was some way to adjust which app had a louder presence and which was background. The hardware seems able to play the two sources just fine.

Yes I know this is not a question a normal person would ask, but I really multitask.

The only app I've seen along those lines is AudioManager Console (Cyrket seems to be down otherwise I would link to it) but from what I've seen, all third party apps use the "Media" channel so turning it up for one app would turn it up for both, unless either of them had an internal volume adjust.

An app called Sound Manager seems to be the most reliable with my Sprint Hero. The other ones would force close occasionally and another one developed an icon issue.
