Root Does any professional person know how the problem of Chinese USSD code request in Casio Commando can

Nobody has not solved the ROM problem of Casio commando C811 (m070) ussd cod request or Chinese respond code . I visited different forums for finding a solution that a lot of other owner of other brands of cellphones have been faced with such problem also. I have not found any thing so far.
I tried different methods the only way that worked was using old rom or downgrading to m020 rom that has a lot of weak points.
low GSM signal connection
GPS problem
quick setting stop to work
and so on

Thanks for the upload. I sent a translation request. We'll see what the translators have to say.

For what it's worth, our phones can do screen grabs by holding down Power button + volume down button at the same time.

Did you read the thread I linked to? The text cannot be translated, because it is encoded improperly in the ROM. It is not true Chinese, so even Chinese readers cannot understand it. It is a type of Mojibake.

My intent in getting it translated for you was to use as a starting point in trying to better understand the problem, and perhaps create a solution from that information.

Have you tried any of the USSD apps to try to get around the problem?

Now I get it, therefore it is not a problem of font. I have done a lot for solving this problem such as

Changing the fonts of the phone

Using some apps that automatically send and USSD cod and receive its answer

Changing default dialer (the phone does not allow). whenever I dial a number with other dialer app, the phone default dial start to dial

Replacing of the modem of m020 Rom with m070

But this is a system message on a supposedly quality Japanese phone, i.e. Casio, and not no-name Chinese cheapo whatever. Although FWIW I can usually read system messages from them.
