Root Does anybody have 2 apks. I'm looking for?

While I was getting rid of apks. I accidentally got rid of the weather and weather widget apks. If anyone has them backed up would it be to much to ask to have them posted so I can reinstall, please & thank you!
 
Yah didn't really dig that one! I wish I hadn't canned all those apks I got rid of. I only backed up some of them, stupid stupid me! Anyway any other suggestions or anyone else have the 2 apks? Thanx.
 
I try to not use so much memory, I set my home address in Google search and when I drag my notifications down it shows me the temperature. If I want hour by hour or anything more specific I just ask Google search. Ok Google, what's the temperature for today?
 
What about extracting the apk's from the rom (stock or custom) you are on and push them to your /system/app? Just a thought ;)
I realize you'll have to find the stock rom to pull them from (if you are on the rooted stock)

What did you not like about it?

There's tons of weather widget apps in the store, just go look around. I used Fancy Widgets before I started using Chronus, might check it out.
 
Wanna know what I don't like about it? It ate up my memory and Google search/now does much more for me with less memory.

O.o OK, wasn't talking to you. Also are you even talking about Chronus? On my phone it is using a whopping 11mb of memory, and that's only because I have Dashlight running along with it as an extension. As for functionality, it does plenty. Tapping the clock opens the alarm and tapping the weather opens detailed forecast information including hourly, 3 day, and extended forecasts and radar maps, UV index, humidity and cloud cover info. Basically everything available from your chosen provider.

Not to mention that it also serves as a lockscreen widget.
 
I was just stating my opinion. I wasn't talking about Chronus, but Google now can give you that information and much more. I'm talking about you can ask it to do so much more for you. I'd rather use that because if I need to know the weather all I need is a quick glance. There's no reason for me to use up extra memory if I can just ask it the weather and if it doesn't show me what I want I'll open up the first web page. This way I have 11mb more of free memory. No need for widgets. With the Google experience launcher just swipe right and there's my weather (and where I parked my car, not that I'd forget, and the amount of time it will take to get to work and the quickest route to get there with navigation if I want it and any other articles I may be interested in)

If that works for you, awesome. :) I personally don't need all that info right up front. Just for the sake of comparison, here's my battery and memory screens. Phone's been on and off charger for 12 hours with LTE on. :)

Hey gotta question! I had to reset my volt completely last night thanx to Virgin frakkin up my mobile data, anyways I lost all my wallpapers that came with the phone the ones I want are the 3 that were preinstalled the 1 I really like came stock when you first turned it on. Anyway my question was if you have them could you please maybe upload them for me!? Either way thank you for helping me with the weather apks! Take care

If you are referring to a Virgin Mobile only stock wallpaper(I'm on Boost) just run the mobileID app and it will pull down all the Virgin Mobile specific stuff for you.
 
Does anyone that has Virgin have any backups of the update aps that come with the prestocked virgin crap, Im trying to get the stock 3 wallpapers that came with Virgins Volt but I did a factory reset against my better judgements the other night and I can't get them back even when I try the mobile id apk that came with it... It may be something else to like the virgin icons apk. Or whatever its called. I got the regular wallpapers thanx to Gendo420 but he has Boost & therefore didn't have the actual 3 I was looking 4. Someone please help, as always please & thanx very much!
