Help Does anyone else have this camera problem?

Try taking a picture of a very small object in close-up mode. Does your camera focus on the object for a split second, & then become blurry again for the actual shot?

Have you tried tapping the screen where you want to focus before tapping the shutter release?

Its because the object youre capturing is much smaller than the background. The larger object lets in more light, so it focuses on that. My mytouch 4g and every other phone ive had does that as well. You have to trick the camera: focus on something the same distance away, then move it to what youre trying to capture. Its tricky but it works.
