is your phone compatible with it? not all market apps are for all android phone.

do you have the allow third party apps checked in settings?

I have the Epic. I was able to install it by downloading the apk to my pc and emailing it to my phone and installing it.

I still have no idea why I could not find it in Market. And I found it in AppBrain but when I used AppBrain to download it (via Market) it failed.

I am not sure where the setting is to allow 3rd party apps but almost all the apps I have downloaded already are 3rd party apps.
