That is a fitness app, but the exact one is escaping me at the moment.

Many (most) heart icons are health or fitness related. I have one app on my phone my doctor uses for appointments and such, and it has a heart icon.
The ring around the heart there is supposed to represent a progress bar (common feature of fitness apps, progress towards a daily goal). But while I've seen it before I also can't remember which fitness app it is.
