I recently got aMT4g and I most say is cool device, the phone is currently connected with simple mobile, the phone still have 2.2, the other day I was trying to update to 2.2.1 but I wasn't successful, the build number and the OS remained the same, kernel and baseband did update.
Does anyone knows a walk around to get the OS updated? The reason I ask is because I want to root my phone and I'm looking for simple way to do it since I'll be doing everything from work.No time to mess with abd.So I wanna use Android Emulator while @ work.I just moved n wont have internet till next week.
Ur help will be much appreciated.
