Does anyone recognise this app notification?

Hi,

I'm trying to find out what this app notification is on android. I've searched google but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look in your Settings >> Apps menu and see if any apps have might have that icon. Another place to check is open up your Play Store app, tap on the three horizontal lines icon in the upper left, tap on 'My apps & games', and look in the 'Installed' column for any apps there that might have that icon or something similar.

Following your instructions, I've checked the installed apps but can't find a match. I probably should've said first that this notification wasn't on my device.

I own a Samsung S6 and have used various messaging apps, but I've never seen this particular icon before.
