Does Mirror Mode = Webtop?

Rumors say it will have webtop. And pretty sure mirror is something completely different with where you can display things from your phone to say tv's and such.

So exactly what is Mirror Mode? Is it only for videos and pictures like the DroidX, or can I surf the web and whatever is displayed on the phone is displayed on the TV?

It depends if they make it full mirror like on some phones. Nobody knows for sure if it will be like the droid x with just videos and pictures or if you can mirror anything on the phone.
