Help does my unlocked s2 have warranty?

i bought my phone at expansys.ca brand new unlocked.
i called samsung some ****** told me since i bought it unlocked it doesn't have warranty on it is it true?

How odd!

I was rather pleased to learn that my unlocked handset has a TWO year warranty on it with Vodafone UK. See, here.

Depending on how long you have had your phone and your country's own consumer legislation, I would guess that you have at least a 12 month manufacturer's warranty from Samsung.

I have one year warranty bought from service provider. My wife bought from a shop, also have one year warranty by samsung.
