Help Does not indicate charging

When i plug my phone in to charge the battery nothing seems to happen. I have tried two different wall chargers and a vehicle charger with the same result. If I turn the phone off and turn it back on with the charger connected it will sometimes indicate a charge. Then it never shows charge complete. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd just return it for another one.

Have you power cycled the phone? If you power it down/power it up, and it still does that, I would agree that its probably a return.
