Does Orange charge for data by KB?

I've bought an Orange PaYG SIM from the supermarket for 99p and stuck it in my old HTC Desire. I topped up

I think they do it per MB, but they always round up?

That implies it's 65p per MB, with a maximum charge of 65p per day.

Yep - the 65p per day minimum was what I was being charged before the change to Dolphin. Now it just seems that their computer is charging me based on the output from a random number generator. It shouldn't be charging me at all...
