Does POCKET always work for you?

I often use Pocket on my HTC One V phone and Samsung Tab 2 tablet. Later I'll go back to view the articles (or Tweets from Twicca) that I thought were "Saved to Pocket" only to find that they were not.
Is this something that others find happens.
Is there something one can do to make sure that when the message comes up "Saved to Pocket" that that has really occurred?

I recall that happening to me.
I don't know why it how to fix it.
