I am for the last week have high usage on "androids" why, does screen rotation mode used androids?

I am guessing that you are referring to high battery use by android system. Screen rotation should have little effect on this (as long as your phone is not in a centrifuge!

More likely is that mobille data has been left connected or that Google search Google+ or Facebook has been running continuously.
