Accessories does seidio 1750 for droid inc fit the evo?

i have the 1750 for my inc and im getting a evo soon .seidio says there wall charger fits the inc and evo .if the charger takes both batteries do the phones also use the same batteries ?
 
tried it in my freinds evo and it works .gonna sell droid inc and get evo soon .glad i dont have to get a new battery.
