Does stock door fit over oem extended battery?

People will say it will, and it does sorta. I tried it on, and the bottom right clip on the door wouldn't clip in. It is to tight of a fit. Use the extended door with the extended battery.

I couldn't get mine to snap in all the way with the extended in.
Like Hurricane said, just use the extended door with the extended battery. There's a reason they give you a separate cover.

Yeah I just wish they had made it so there wasn't a gap under the camera area. Seems like they could have made the little thin "fin" a bit longer to reduce the creaking/gap.

Even if it did, I'd be concerned with stressing the internal components by having the battery door force the larger battery inwards. I remember with my DX you could do that but any pressure on the screen showed stress patterns which is not good long term.
Like others said, they made the new cover for a reason. If Samsung/Google/VZW could have gotten away with the same cover, they certainly would have.
