Does the automatic brightness setting annoy anyone else?

I find myself switching back and forth between the automatic brightness and the manual brightness. The automatic brightness is too dark when it should be lighter and too light when it needs to be darker.

Yeah it's too buggy. I don't use the auto brightness because of those reasons. The manual control is just as buggy too. The function for adjusting screen brightness needs to be tweaked so that it doesn't jump away from the level I set it at.

My particular opinion is that i dont like the phone has so many lock screens that is hard to pick the calls and most of the times i loose the connection ,dont get me wrong it could be,, that I'm an (OLD) man too LOL

Is it me or is this phones brightness way to high?
I have mines set at 10% and it's equivalent to 45% on my other devices.
