Have you noticed that the corners of the battery cover are pretty sharp and dig into your palms? The cover doesn't fit that well and edges are sharp.

the only corners that irritate me are the lower corners of the phone where the shell's right and left edges come to an end (part of the holster/shell combo). the phone without the shell is fine.

how tightly are you gripping this thing? if you're having a strong man competition everytime you hold it maybe I could see it hurting.
