Does the Exhibit 4G and Exhibit II 4G use the same ROM?

I think the only difference b/w the 2 phones are screen size and the phone camera processor.
So far all of the development and rooting is done with the Exhibit II. Though the rooting is the same for both, I am wondering if the system ROM for both is the same? This way, if I test a new Beta ROM and some thing goes wrong, I can flash the stock ROM back on. Problem is the backup I see around are all for the Exhibit II.
Any ideas?
