Does the ICS Spectrum have sleep mode?

I used to have it set to sleep mode at night, disabling the radios, etc during set hours, using Juice Defender Pro. But I have had issues with Juice Defender and prefer to not use it any longer. Is there a setting in ICS that will allow me to set the phone to go into night mode or sleep mode for a set duration of time? I can;t find anything.

Yes.
Go to Settings->>Sound.
There you will find Quite time option.
Slide switch to ON and set up your days ant time.

Airplane mode .. there is a toggle for it on the pull down menu. It will be a mnual function but becomes second nature after a week or two.

Thanks. ICS is so much more battery friendly, and Juice defender is causing problems with Wi-Fi and 4G service. But I hate hearing my phone update and receive emails all night long!
