Does the my touch 4g have gorilla glass

A friend just got a My Touch 4g and I was wondering if it has gorilla glass not, I can't seem to find anything anywhere. thanks :D
 
Your screen protector was cracked?! What? Haha, so, does it even need a screen protector at this point?
 
Dropped my mytouch 4g on a gravel driveway. Fell about 3 ft. Glass shattered like crazy. I then covered the screen with wide scotch tape & it worked fine but some of the smaller text & numbers are hard to read.
I've got the bogus "insurance" I'm getting a Sensation as a replacement (for $130!!!). This time I'm applying heavy duty clear scotch tape to the screen first.
Gorilla glass? I don't think so. More like christmas tree ornament glass.

Um, yeah, I think a screen protector would be a better option than scotch tape on a $500+ dollar phone lol.
 
I have dropped my mytouch phone many times, and thus far it has remained pure and unbroken. I spent $1.50 on a plastic case on Amazon which takes the brunt of any hits.

Everything I've heard about this phone says it has Gorilla Glass.
 
After having my mytouch for 5 days, I dropped it (not intoxicated) and it completely shattered. I ended up spending almost $200 to have my free phone repaired. If it does have "Gorilla" glass, then gorilla glass is misnamed.

I have dropped mine many many times on some very hard and rough surfaces (cement, parking lot, etc) with no visible screen damage.
Today I found out how to shatter the screen :-(
It fell 3ft onto a hardwood floor, but landed absolutely FLAT on the screen.
 
one day i was driving with my mytouch4g on my lap(i have a corolla). i forgot it was on my lap and when i put one leg out of the car to get out, it fell on the ground, probably about a foot down..the screen shattered like it had been hit with a hammer.i dont know if there are different grades or brands of guerilla glass but the brand htc used for the mytouch4g is not so great. hope that helps. :)
