I currently have the Droid X and i use it for my cycle as a navigation system.

my Q:

Is there an app that i can use to create a route to follow on my PC and the upload it to the app program on my phone ???

I know you can create a map and route on Google Maps on your PC and then open it on your phone with Google Maps (Layers>More Layers>My Maps), and then you can see the route on your phone. Not sure how to make it work with navigation though, haven't figured that out yet.

For hiking and biking navigation (tracking and routing) I use ViewRanger GPS Free Trial - Android

The app uses offroad maps on the SD card.

Routes, created with the PC, can be downloaded to the phone as .gpx files and then can be followed with ViewRanger.
The other way around, Tracks created and converted to .gpx with ViewRanger at the phone, can be uploaded to the PC.

Does this also work for gap in the car?

Sorry, I don't know the term "for gap in the car". ;)

ViewRanger can used in a car too.
But you have to follow the route's track line at the phone's display, it's not a turn by turn navigation.
