I would like to make my cup mount Bluetooth charge. Is there something I can plug into an adapter and lay it on top of the mount between the phone?

bluetooth charging? do you mean wireless charging? there really is no charging done via bluetooth.

Well there's no such thing as Bluetooth charging. However does your phone have Qi compatible wireless charging? If so, you might be able to fit a Qi charging pad or disc into the back of the holder, if it's not too large. And that will take power from the car's USB power outlet, if it has one.
