Does this kind of notification widget exist?

[Mr Howard]

If this widget doesn't exist, it's a possible idea for some of you developers.

I don't like the top notification bar, so on my lock & main screen I choose to hide it. I use LaucherPro Plus, and know that you can have those red circles notifications, but ehh.

I really like Switch Pro Widget, and was wondering if there is a notification widget that mimics it, as far as only lighting up when you have a missed call, gmail, sms, etc. and staying semi-transparent when no notification.

Hopefully, also clicking on the icon would open the corresponding app.

I see there is Executive Assistant, but it looks terrible. I might theme it.
