If you're from the states then Metro PCS. I paid $499 plus tax and activation fee came to $565 in California. $55 a month gets you unlimited calls, text and 4g data.

The Galaxy S3 is available on a number of prepaid services (or can be brought onto the service) for about $500 to $550. At this point it is probably best to identify what service you want it on and if you can get it on that service then wait to see if they will have it on sale in two weeks for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
