Help Does this "Remote Controls" exist? Because I can't find it.

Look for an app called Smart Remote. Use S-Finder to make sure it isn't hidden.

If you can't find it you can download IR remote software in the google play store.

You might even be able to find the developer, Peel, that provided the app that came came with the GS5

I have Smart Remote, but thought that was just to control my TV

I just went and made sure my phone was registered with Samsung and it appears to be, not quite sure why I dont see the Remote Controls under Security.
