Does Titanium backup back up paid apps ?
I purchased many paid apps until now..
so does the backup contain all those paid apps ? so I don't need to purchase them again later...

It does yes, and the apps you've downloaded are also tied to your phone/account.

nothing. if they're through the market they're linked to your account anyway, but TiB should still restore them fine.
