Does Tmobiles 30 dollar prepaid plan charge taxes and fees?

How do you call your own cellphone to hear your own voice mail using Vonage?

It didnt work for me.

Trying to make sense of the $30 with the 5GB data plan using this thing.

I got this in the email just now on Callingmart.com:

From what I read, I thought the first time you have to do this plan on T-mobile website. Then after that, you can get any refill $30, $50 or $100 and just deduct from it.
