Does TouchWiz Music Player use data?

Just purchased Infuse and am new in the data world. I have dumped my MP3s into the Music Player app that cam pre installed on my phone.
I will use the Music Player often - and would like to know...if I am playing music on my phone...will this use data??
Why on earth would it require data usage to play my MP3s? If it does require data usage...I think this would be a deal breaker for me and I'd return the phone....and keep my Ipod.

Nah when I was new to this too I was a bit worried but after running 3G Watchdog it doesn't. Load up Pandora if you want your data to get r*ped in the a**
