Yeah i clicked both but nott the backup rom cause i did a titanium backup and i left it at home while i was at school and when i gott back it wasnt CM7 it was still on the same rom ? Idont know what happened ?

Try redownloading the file first and install on sd.
After that if you want to do from recovery.
1. Boot into recovery
2. Go to install .zip from sd
3. Select file and it should start installing

Go to the .zip file containing cm7 it should be where you placed it after if it ask to clear dalvik cache, and clear data select both and it worked for me

after i do that its freezes or stays on the huawei boot logo and it does nothing
