Help Doesn't vibrate when messages coming in

''Vibrate when messages are received'' is checked but phone doesn't vibrate. Incoming call riging is always on vibrate if that info is useful... Thanks.
 
I have a similar problem. I have the power saver on but no matter what my phone won't vibrate it's really annoying, and not sure why if the power saver is the problem that still makes no sense
 
If you set the phone to vibrate under sound profiles in settings, the phone will only vibrate, is that what you want.
