Dolphin Bookmarks -please help

This is a weird way to go about it, but if both devices are rooted I belive you could back up dolphin with titanium, and then restore the backup onto the nexus 7. Not sure if that would even be faster than just manually entering them, but if you have a lot then I guess it might be.
Moved to Android Applications so perhaps others here can help

Some reason *today* (10-12-2013)--it's having hiccups. Crashed on me twice. (*FROM DEVICE TO CPU*). I don't think this is resident to my phone as I'm logged into the cloud (Successful) and can throw from CPU to Phone (successful)
*THUS*--if you try today. (Phone to CPU) Be patient with it (must be something on their end).
IS IT STILL SYNC'ing (and needs "Cloud" both ways..so *shrug* (??)

Have to go to MENU/Accounts and Service /Dolphin Connect Account and Create a *DOLPHIN CONNECT ACCOUNT*. (AFTER INSTALLING EXTENSIONS)
******(NOT INTUITIVE)-this use to be on the bottom rail--is not in new version)
--Click the "Menu" button
New version:
----to get to the "Menu" on the new Version--you now have a greyed out circle with a Dolphin inside it. (either bottom left/right. You choose where to place it)
You have to *PRESS AND HOLD* (EX-not a sticky).
Doing this will Pop open 3-Cirles.
DRAG the Dolphin to the one that looks like a Page with (4) four lines on it.
--Click "Settings"
--Click "Accounts and Services"
---*CREATE "Dolphin Connect Account" (first choice) On your Device.
*MUST*--TO USE EXTENSIONS ABOVE. (throw BACK/FORTH---sync back/FORTH/ETC.)
Be sure to remember what you use for Loin to "Dolphin Connect Account"
Dolphin/Phone you'll need the same for CPU Extension/ADD ON USE

--Click Grey Dolphin /Drag to (4) Line Menu
--Click "Share Page" (note if you don't see this option/greyed out--you're not logged in)
--Select "Send to Device" (your PC NAME/PC Icon)

Old fashion standby Create Dolphin account and back up to cloud (EXACT SAME as above, only missing the "Extension" on CPU
If you're on new version settings bit more hidden (again, same Instructions as above)
Greyed out circle-Dolphin inside it.
-Press AND HOLD (ex=not a sticky)
Up will pop three icons...Drag to the one 4 lines on the short cut.
--Up pops settings.
--Click Settings
--Scroll down to Accounts & Services Choose which way/where to sync to.
Places your decision.
-FYI. FB--If you login with FB, the sync is NOT TO FB, just your login credentials (still syncs to cloud)

I used this method before the Chrome/FF way (always reliable)--ie. Uninstall/Reinstall Dolphin (just reconnect, Cloud Sync :
