Help Dolphin Browser now not working properly

When I try to exit Dolphin using the "clear cache then exit" option, it freezes. I have to hit the Home button and then clear the cache manually as well as force close Dolphin. The stock browser doesn't seem to work at all.

Dolphin Mini is what I use and it closes fine with closing cache and history.

I just downloaded it today. Seems to work. Also seems faster.


Overall though, this update to 2.2.2 is really starting to p!ss me off. My phone worked near flawlessly before the update and I was non-rooted. Now, I've had to do at least 3 battery pulls a day to unfreeze the phone. Battery runs hotter, too.

I understand your frustrations. I will be making a guide on how to fix these issues as well.

has this been fixed yet? i'm using nexus s and i'm tired of getting 'clear cache etc' on exit.
